The manager partner is Antonio Penteado Mendonça, who is a fifth generation heir to the lawyers that graduated from USP’s (University of São Paulo) Faculdade de Direito.
Having specialized in Germany and at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, he is an expert in legal consultancy specialized in insurance, contracts and legal liabilities. He is also a professor and lecturer for the post graduate courses linked to Universidade de São Paulo and Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Additionally, he is a lecturer, journalist and radio broadcaster. He has published over 2000 technical articles in many major Brazilian newspapers and domestic and international specialized magazines. Among other, he is the Provedor (Provider) of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo (biggest Charity Hospital of Brazil) and the General Secretary of the Academia Paulista de Letras (Literature Academy of São Paulo State). Currently, he is one of the most reputable names in the Brazilian insurance sector, especially for his broad views and always current insights into the local and international markets.
